Who should use the Rapid Refill system?

Europlaz have spent two years extensively researching and developing the Rapid Refill system to ensure the safe application of chemicals (both liquid and granule) for the crop protection market. In response to feedback from farmers and contract sprayers, the system has been designed as a generic system suitable for use by any crop protection chemical company.

How does Rapid Refill work?

It's quick and easy thanks to a unique patented valve system.

Simply attach the Rapid Refill system to the coupling on the tank or spray adapter and turn the container to transfer the contents. Thanks to Rapid Refill's improved design, the system can be easily adapted to use both granules and liquids.

The plastic containers feature a single entry port with an advanced "dry break" valve assembly which controls the flow. The rate of release is controlled by turning the pack in the coupling to measure the required amount of product, while the dry break system ensures no contamination, no spillage, cleaner working and operator safety. A tamper evident seal provides extra assurance of user safety and product integrity.
